Research
Our research and teaching are dedicated to the diverse challenges of sustainability management. We examine how organizations can successfully implement sustainable transformations and which barriers need to be overcome in the process.
A particular focus lies on the impact orientation of management measures, aiming to make sustainability goals measurable and effectively integrated into corporate strategies. In doing so, we combine theoretical approaches with practice-oriented research to develop well-founded solutions for business and society.
Our research focus includes the following topics:
- Measurement and evaluation of sustainability impact
- Integration of sustainability-focused approaches into business strategies and decision-making processes
- Stakeholder interaction and social engagement
