Our Campus
The University of Sustainability – Charlotte Fresenius Private University’s campus in Vienna’s Seestadt brings together innovation, sustainability, and urban living. Located at the heart of one of Europe’s most modern urban development areas, it offers students an inspiring learning environment with direct access to technology, research, and forward-looking city life.

Technology Center Seestadt
The Technology Center Seestadt is a flagship project for sustainable construction and urban innovation. As Austria’s first Plus-Energy commercial building, it produces more green energy than it consumes over the course of a year. The concept of a “city of short distances” makes the center a vibrant hub for future-oriented work, study, and life.
Today, the Technology Center is home to over 30 companies from innovative and sustainable technology sectors.
- Sustainable Plus-Energy campus equipped with state-of-the-art building technology and a focus on ecological innovation for a future-ready learning environment
- Direct access to research and industry through collaboration with innovative start-ups
- Urban learning in a forward-looking district with direct U2 subway connection — just 30 minutes from Vienna’s city center
Blumenfabrik
The Blumenfabrik, located in Vienna’s 7th district, is a creative coworking and event space that blends sustainability with urban design.
Our students can use this inspiring location as a workspace — for group projects, individual study, or networking with other creatives.
The University of Sustainability also regularly hosts workshops and events at the Blumenfabrik.
