Ann-Christine Schulz is a Professor of Sustainable Strategy & Governance at the University of Sustainability. Her research lies at the intersection of corporate strategy, organizational studies, and corporate governance.

After earning her doctorate at the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg, she held a junior professorship in Corporate Strategy at Freie Universität Berlin. She has undertaken research stays at UC Irvine, California, and WU Vienna. At FHWien, she co-founded two research institutes dedicated to the topics of Sustainability and Digital Transformation.

Her award-winning research has been published in leading academic journals, including the Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management Studies, and Academy of Management Learning and Education. As a board member of the Austrian Association for Management and Organization (ÖVO), she actively promotes dialogue and collaboration between academia and industry.
