    Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, Professorship of Organization and CSR


    Univ.-Prof. Dr. Dominik van Aaken is Professor at the University of Sustainability and Research Associate at LMU Munich.
    His research on strategic management, corporate responsibility, and sustainability is published in leading international journals.
    He is also co-founder of a non-profit organization and a partner at a consulting firm in Munich.

    Univ.-Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Hans-Dietrich Haasis

    Professorship of Sustainable Supply Chain Management

    With over 40 years of global research and teaching experience, Univ.-Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Hans-Dietrich Haasis focuses on sustainable developments in production, trade, and logistics.
    He combines scientific insights with entrepreneurial practice, leading numerous R&D projects and mentoring successful graduates.

    Univ.-Prof. Dr. Aleksandra Klein

    Professorship of Accounting & Innovation

    Univ.-Prof. Dr. Aleksandra Klein leads the Chair of Accounting & Innovation at the University of Sustainability.
    She is a Research Fellow at Vlerick Business School, KU Leuven, and Arizona State University.
    Her research examines the performative effects of accounting and controlling on resilience and innovation.

    Univ.-Prof. Dr. Martin Kreeb

    Rector

    Univ.-Prof. Dr. Martin Kreeb is the Rector of the University of Sustainability and holds the Chair of Sustainability Management.
    He collaborates with the University of Tübingen in environmental and sustainability management and has initiated numerous large-scale research projects.
    His research focuses on sustainability management systems, sustainability marketing, and energy and sustainability audits for commercial and industrial real estate.

    Univ.-Prof. Dr. Arthur Posch

    Professorship of Managerial Accounting & Control

    Univ.-Prof. Dr. Arthur Posch leads the Chair of Managerial Accounting & Control at the University of Sustainability.
    He previously worked at IMC Krems, the University of Bern, and WU Vienna.
    His research focuses on management control systems and performance measurement tools in innovation, risk, and transformation management for sustainability and digitalization.

    Prof. Dr. Andreas Schöler

    Professor of Organization & CSR

    Prof. Andreas Schöler is an expert in leadership, management, and organizational development in service industries.
    Alongside his academic work, he advises companies on sustainable transformation projects and is a partner at a consulting firm in Germany.

    Univ.-Prof. Dr. Ann-Christine Schulz

    Professorship of Sustainable Strategy & Governance

    Univ.-Prof. Dr. Ann-Christine Schulz teaches and conducts research in corporate strategy, organization, and corporate governance at the University of Sustainability.
    She previously held academic positions at the University of Oldenburg, Freie Universität Berlin, UC Irvine, and WU Vienna.
    She also serves on the board of the ÖVO (Austrian Association for Organizational Research).
